Hey everyone, I’m Tess! I’m the Manager here at Xpotential Health and Fitness, as well as a NASM-qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

My journey in health and fitness started much like many of yours—I wanted to lose weight, get fitter, and feel healthier. Once I began, I was hooked! The positive lifestyle changes inspired me so much that I decided to turn my passion into a career. Now, I love helping others achieve their own goals, offering the same support and motivation that once helped me.

Xpotential is such a great place with an amazing vibe, and I’m proud to be a part of it. If you see me around, don’t be shy—come say hi!

Jessie Gilchrist

(Personal Trainer/ Group Fitness instructor )

Hey everyone, I’m Jessie!
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor here at Xpotential Health and Fitness.

I studied Fitness & Exercise Science in Nelson back in 2016, and since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various gyms—including as a personal trainer on a cruise ship around England and Europe, teaching group fitness classes to people from all over the world. 🌍

My passion is simple: helping people reach their goals—whether that’s building strength, losing weight, or just getting back into fitness. If you see me around the gym, feel free to stop for a chat—I’m always happy to help or answer any questions.

Hi, I’m Adi – I graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) majoring in Exercise and Sport Science.

Having been actively involved in sports throughout my life, I understand the dedication and training required to perform at your best. Whether you’re looking to enhance athletic performance, recover from an injury, or begin your fitness journey, I’m here to help. I specialise in creating tailored, evidence-based training programs to build strength, improve performance, and prevent injuries.
